A family business, four decades on.

TJB Air Conditioning & Controls Ltd was founded in 1984 from a workshop in Cuxton, Kent. Forty-two years on, the business remains family run, operating from the same address and trading under the same name.

We serve clients across Kent, London, Essex and Surrey. Our customer base is built predominantly on repeat business — commercial landlords, facilities managers, educational establishments and private homeowners. Reliability, honest pricing and clear communication are the foundations on which we have built our reputation.

1984Founded in Cuxton, Kent. First Daikin installation completed that autumn.
