A Kent family firm, four decades on.

TJB Air Conditioning & Controls Ltd was founded in Cuxton, Kent in 1984. Forty-two years on, we still operate from the same address and trade under the same name. Same family. Same number. Same van livery.

We serve landlords, facilities managers, schools, offices and private homeowners across Kent, London, Essex and Surrey. Most of our work is repeat business — built over four decades on honest pricing, clear communication and turning up when we said we would.
